An Alps & Amici classic. This one goes way back to Daniel’s Strathlynn days when he served it in his vineyard restaurant and became a staple.  Using his own spice blend he marinades pieces of Landfall lamb and then cooks it together with coconut cream.  This dish is super aromatic without any heat, it will be hard to believe you can eat something this good in the deep wilderness under the  stars.

  • Approx 100g (Dried weight)
  • Contains: Landfall lamb, onion, spices, garlic, coconut cream, salt, pepper.
  • Directions: Open meal pouch and add 250ml (1 cup) boiling water, stir, reseal and let stand for 10 minutes, stir and serve. Nice eaten with rice or couscous.
